Thank you very much for choosing to book at Pappoudiko. We hope you enjoy your stay. The following terms and conditions apply to your booking.

• Prices are in euros per residence per night, including taxes.
• Wireless internet access is free.
• Check In: With automatic key delivery system 24 hours a day.
• Check Out: Until 12.00 pm
• Pets are allowed in all areas (upon request).
• Possibility of providing breakfast for a fee of €5/person/night.
• Change of sheets every three days.
• Daily cleaning of the space, if requested, with a charge of €10/night.

Reservation Policy

Upon completion of the booking process, an automatic confirmation email is sent from the website. This e-mail is kept as proof of the reservation. It may be requested upon arrival as proof.

Cancellation, modification and no-arrival policy

A request to cancel or change a confirmed reservation is only accepted in writing by e-mail. Changes to the dates are subject to the availability of the residence, and the cancellation rules apply as stated below:

• Payments are refunded in full if the cancellation is made 21 days before the scheduled arrival.
• Payments are non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 21 days before scheduled arrival or in case of no-show or late arrival.
• In the case of early departure, a charge equal to 50% of the total cost of the unrealized, but agreed, nights is applicable.

Damage policy during the stay

In case of damages that may be caused during the stay, the tenant of the residence is considered absolutely responsible and is obliged to pay the damages. The monetary cost of the damage is ascertained by an independent professional, based on the nature of the work that will be required to repair the damage.

Payment Policy

Payments can be made either by bank deposit or payment by debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro). Payment by bank deposit is made within two working days of booking to the following bank account:

If payment is not made within the specified time limit the reservation will be automatically canceled without warning. Please note your reservation number on the deposit slip and notify us by phone or email once you have made it.

Also, you can make your payment in total security using your credit, debit or prepaid card Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. Your card details are registered directly on Piraeus Bank’s certified epay platform. Your debt is cleared automatically when credit card is selected as payment method.

Extra cot policy

A cot is provided at no extra charge and upon request.
